Report:
The worksjop aims to inform and engage with the stakeholders regarding Kigali Amendment under the Montreal Protocol that was approved during the 28th Meeting of the Parties (MOP) to the Montreal Protocol in 2016.

Kigali Amendment will bring global phase out of hydrochlorofluorocarbon (HCFCs), which are strong greenhouse gases (GHGs) with global warming potential (GWP) up to 11,000.
In order to prepare the country for the ratification of Kigali Amendment and HFC phase down, Enabling Activities will be implemented by the Department with the assistance of the Implementing Agency, World Bank.
