Agenda:	(A) Improve Environment and Reduction of Global Warming through the following actions:
	(1) HFC Refrigerant Phase Down based on Kigali Amendment.
	(2) Energy Efficiency and Energy Conservation
Report:	(B) Basic Concept of ASEAN 5+J Workshop
	(1) Workshop will be held annually, to be hosted by 5 countries in rotation.
	(2) Host will arrange and manage all logistics for the meeting which include meeting venue and reception.
	(3) Host will bear the cost of the meeting and reception.
	(4) Participating countries will bear the travel and accommodation expenses of the menbers of each countries.
	(5) At least 1 member is requested to attend the workshop from each country, max 3 members in average.
