The Electrical Product must registered as Energy Using Product with ST under this Act requirements.
ST announced the new CSPF rating for Air Conditioner products commencing from Phase 1: 2026 to 2029, and Phase 2: 2030 to 2035 period. However, due to the objections raised by MACRA, ST allowed MACRA to get the final feedback within 2 weeks from 11 Sept. 2024.
