The Operation & Maintenance of Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) Competency Course – Level 1 & 2 is a professional training programmes designed to strengthen participants’ technical knowledge and practical competency in ACMV systems.
The course combines fundamental refrigeration principles with hands-on activities covering system components, refrigeration cycle analysis, vacuuming procedures, refrigerant charging, superheat and subcooling applications, and basic troubleshooting. Participants will gain practical exposure to commonly used tools, procedures, and industry practices.
These programmes are suitable for engineers, technicians, maintenance personnel, facility management professionals, and individuals who are involved in the operation and maintenance of air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems. Participants who successfully complete the theoretical examination and practical assessment will receive an ACMV Level 1 & 2 Competency Certificate respectively.
