| Remarks: | KeTSA updated progress of the EECA which again missed the revised plan for tabling at Parliament due to the Parliament being dissolved for election. |
| This time round delay was due to the 3rd change of Energy Minister requiring new rounds of briefing, followed by change of AG with new questions and requiring different preference of presentation. All requirements were dealt with in the months of March till Oct only to have the Parliament dissolved. |
