ENERGY EFFICIENCY & CONSERVATION ACT (EECA) DEVELOPMENT

We are pleased to invite you to a talk on the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act (EECA) 2024, Malaysia’s landmark legislation supporting the nation’s energy transition and sustainability agenda.

This talk featuring Mr. Chea Suei Keong, a distinguished industry leader and policy contributor, who will share key insights on the development, intent, and industry implications of the EECA.  Aims to provide participants with a clear overview of the EECA framework, key provisions, and implications for stakeholders across the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. With the Act enforced from January 2025, the session will offer timely insights to help organizations understand their roles and responsibilities under the new regulatory landscape.
