MASHRAERepresentatives:	Mr Ng Wen Bin (President), Dr King Yeong Jin (President Elect), Ir Ng Yong Kong, Ms Irin Kang Siew Foong, Ir Den Low, Andy Soon Hock Tatt, Mr Chan Jian Wen and Mr Chea Suei Keong.
IEM Representatives:	Ir Ong Ching Loon (President), Ir Dr David Chuah Joon Huang (Hon Secretary), Ir Syed Neguib Bin Syed Mohamed, Ir Mohd Khir Bin Muhammad and Yap Chee Hong.
Report:	The meeting was chaired by the respective Presidents of the organizations with the purpose of promoting mutual coorporation between the 2 organizations on the following objectives as raised by:
	IEM: President Ir Ong Ching Loon
	1. Support Professional Development of both organisations.
	2. Promote memberships.
	3. Participate in drafting Position Paper to government on policy and issues related to HVAC&R.
	4. Joint development of technical publication on topics for use locally and regionally.
	MASHRAE: President Mr Ng Wen Bin
	1. To develop professional certificate for HVAC&R designer for both organisations.
	2. Work together in drafting Position Paper for the government on developing the policy that related to HVAC&R industry.
	3. Joint organize students activities such as Design competition.

	There are common grounds and new initiatives raised by the respective Presidents of the organizations for the interest of HVAC&R industries and assisting the government in drafting the Position Paper on policy and issues related to HVAC&R industries.
