Report:	Department of Environment launched the Kigali Implementation Plan (KIP) Phase I, together with World Bank, MAC and RAC Stakeholders at Jabatan Alam Sekitar Putrajaya Office.
	On Training:
	1. DOE will focus on training in Hydrocarbon (HC) system for service technicians.
	2. DOE will develop Training materials for MAC and Commercial Refrigeration technicians.
	3. DOE to appoint Authorised Training Centers (ATCs) with the following criteria:
	i. Must has at least 1 Master Trainer
	ii. With training facilities.
	4. To kick start the program, World Bank will pay for training fee, target for 2000MAC and 2000RAC.
	5. DOE to appoint a Training Coordinator for following tasks-
	i. Deal with MAC & RAC stakeholders.
	ii. Develop the Training modules.
	iii. Prepare training Equipment/Tools list
	6. World Bank might fund the Incentive Program for Technician:
	i. Free Training
	ii. Free Tools set
