Actively involved in developing national skill standards and training frameworks for MLVK, JPK, CIDB, DOE, and SIRIM, and appointed as DOE Malaysia Master Trainer for the Certified Service Technician Program.

Specializes in air conditioning and refrigeration, with current research focused on advanced refrigerants, including the development of novel solutions for tropical climate applications.
