| Meeting was chaired by Energy Commission and attended by reps from: MESTECC, JKR, SEDA, UTM, TNB, BEM, MAREEM, MGBC, TEEAM, UNIDO, IEM, MAESCO, ACEM, MGA, TNB Energy Services, MASHRAE, ZICO. |

| Meeting was convened to review the issues raised at the previous meeting held on Oct 18, 2019. | |
| The outstanding issues relate to the projection of savings due to energy efficiency implementation where the proportion of projected reduction due the various proposed instruments were hotly debated wrt to the respective contributions from the Residential, Commercial and Industrial sectors. Feedbacks and comments were minuted to be tabled to the Technical Committee for review and decision before being tabled to the Steering Committee. |
